SNO Publishing is dedicated to producing and promoting essays and books about living in the intersection between God’s world and our own.
From the Bible’s first sentence to its last, we find a continuous message that God created women and men to love Him, love one another and to serve as caretakers of the world we live in. Because living up to our beliefs is a daily struggle that never goes away, it’s important that we who claim to love Him constantly encourage one another to move beyond mere words and to demonstrate that love with our lives.
Given the above, it should be no surprise that our first book deals with relationships. We can’t very well fulfill our God-given purpose in life if we can’t get along with God or our neighbors (Neighbors being defined in the broadest possible sense, as did Jesus).
Our founders are Gary & Raelene Williams, life-long Christians who began learning what it means to follow Jesus as newly-marrieds in the late 1960’s. They have long been active in interdenominational Christian churches, as well as non-profit organizations that work with troubled and low-income individuals and families.
SNO Publishing grew out of a desire to make resources available to those interested in learning about Jesus outside of normal church channels and for those looking to supplement what they are learning in their churches.
